Procurement Engineer – Civil Building Construction

Job Description

Procurement Engineer with solid experience in civil building construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling procurement activities, vendor management, material sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for civil construction materials and services

• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and prepare purchase orders

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project specifications

• Track material delivery schedules and resolve procurement-related issues

• Maintain updated records of purchases and vendor information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil building construction procurement

• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
