Site Engineer – Civil Building Construction

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) with strong experience in building construction projects within the UAE. The candidate should be capable of supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring work quality, and supporting project execution in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure quality and progress

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams

• Review and implement project drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards

• Prepare daily site reports and update project management on progress

• Assist in material requisition and coordinate with procurement

• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Identify site issues and provide technical solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in civil building construction

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
